Peter Clarke

Peter Clarke began his American football journey with the London Warriors, joining the flag programme in 2017 before progressing to youth tackle. Over three seasons, he developed his passion for the game, built strong fundamentals, and embraced the club’s culture of discipline, teamwork, and support.

“The Warriors gave me my love for the game,” Peter says. “At Warriors, my technique was good and I had a basic understanding of my job and what I needed to do. That base helped me massively when I moved to the NFL Academy.” He later returned to give back as a coach, helping lead the Warriors Women’s Team to a national final — a full-circle moment that reflects the Warrior spirit of community and growth.

Peter now plays tight end for NCAA Division I school Temple University in Philadelphia, where he’s made a strong impact both on and off the field. Despite an injury early in his sophomore season, he bounced back to score multiple touchdowns and establish himself as a key contributor on offence and special teams. “When I got to Temple, I actually felt in shape,” he says. “The schedule at the NFL Academy had me ready. People like Tony Allen and Jerome really drilled into us what it means to be prepared.”

With two years of college eligibility remaining, Peter has his sights set firmly on the professional game. “I will play in the NFL,” he says — not just as a dream, but as a goal built on years of hard work, belief, and the foundation that started with the London Warriors.
