Kieron Smith

Kieron Smith has been part of the London Warriors since 2016, initially coaching the Under 19s. He led the club’s transition to charity status in 2020 and now serves as Company Secretary, supporting trustees across safeguarding, governance, fundraising, and policy. He continues to coach as U19 Defensive Coordinator.

Kieron works for GDST, one of the UK’s largest educational charities, overseeing professional development for over 5,000 staff across 26 schools. His role spans learning strategy, training, apprenticeships, and cross-Trust projects. He also develops leadership and career programmes for pupils from Year 6 upwards.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in learning, operations, and project management across education, sport, finance, and hospitality, Kieron is also a qualified personal trainer and sports therapist and a former Combat Infantryman. He co-founded a corporate fitness company and, as a player, reached two national finals before moving into coaching.
